- 1 lb. organic ground turkey
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise (Hellmann’s Organic Mayo)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 red onion
- 1 slicer tomato
- Butter lettuce
- Bread and butter pickle chips (365 Whole Foods Market)
- Vegan cheddar cheese (Violife Cheddar)
- Vegan brioche buns (Euro Classic)
- Serve with steak cut fries (365 Whole Foods Market)
(Makes 6-8 burgers)
1) In a large bowl, combine and mix the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, mayo, Himalayan salt, and black pepper.
2) Turn on grill to medium heat.
3) From bowl, form 6-8 equally sized patties, and place them on heated grill.
4) Cook patties for about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
5) Take burger press and smash patties flat to desired thickness.
6) Cook for another 4 minutes flipping patties halfway through until thoroughly cooked (at least 165°F).
7) Then place vegan cheese on burgers and cover with basting cover for 1-2 minutes.
8) Serve with sliced tomato, sliced red onion, butter lettuce, bread and butter pickle chips, buns, and steak cut fries.
